Data deletion

Assurf respecte le droit à l'effacement prévu par le RGPD. Tout utilisateur peut demander la suppression de ses données personnelles à tout moment, notamment les données collectées via une connexion sociale (OAuth).

  • Les données de connexion sociale (identifiant, jetons OAuth) sont supprimées immédiatement à la demande.
  • Les données du compte (profil, calculs, documents) sont supprimées dans un délai de 30 jours après fermeture du compte.
  • Certaines données peuvent être conservées pour obligations légales (facturation, conformité réglementaire).
